Bay View is a condominium development situated on the eastern side of Rodney Bay Marina, located behind the Bay Gardens Hotel in Rodney Bay. This property is ideally located within walking distance of two shopping centres, a small medical centre, banks, restaurants, bars and the beautifully breathtaking Reduit Beach which offers many water sporting activities.
The property is on two levels, the upper level has two en suite bedrooms; both rooms have their own private balcony. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/dining room/living room concept leading out to a covered patio area, there is also a powder room.

4 Golf Ridge has been extensively refurbished over the last three years to provide a bright, spacious and airy home in an elevated position to give the most wonderful views.  The plot size is 37854 sq ft, house size 3,250 sq ft.  The house is 220 volts, with newly built concrete fresh water tanks of 10,000 gallons which are integrated in the pool decking area, and also a 3,000 gallon tank for the provisional of rain water harvesting.  We had a constant water supply during the drought when everyone else of Cap was suffering.  The roof is terracotta pantiles with new guttering.  There is also a new Ecosun solar system to heat the water.  There are three en suite bedrooms all with AC and ceiling fans.  With very little effort the office and garage could also become two further bedrooms. 
The upper level is the main living area with study, dining room and very large lounge all with high vaulted ceiling, opening via French doors on to balcony.  The four doors fold back to the wall giving an opening of 12 ft from the lounge to the top balcony.  The entrance comes into to the study area, this has two very large arched windows and double arched doors on to rear covered patio area.  The rear patio leads to the large airy gazebo which also has stunning views, the gazebo has electric sockets. The large kitchen has black granite tops, dishwasher/stove/large fridge freezer all are in black and stainless steel finish.  It has 4 windows, 3 overlooking the pool area and the large window overlooking the golf course (16th hole) and the Caribbean Sea.  You can also access the balcony from the kitchen via a stable door (to keep children or dogs contained).  The utility and pantry (used as toy cupboard) are off the kitchen area and an external doors leads to the pools and upper decking area which is covered by a pergola.  The master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom are also on the upper level.  The master bedroom boasts a south facing balcony with views of the Pitons, and a large window with sea views.  Just off the lounge is a powder room (WC & basin). 
The lower level has a large office where one wall with three doors fold back so you can make the most of the beautiful views.  Two further en suite bedrooms lead off the office (which could easily be converted into a fourth bedroom).  The lower level balcony gives access through an arch to the integral garage, to the main pool and steps to a garden patio area.  Two waterfalls link all three pools.  The pool area consists of large decking area with bridge and shingle roofed gazebo, spa, children's pool and large ovalish shape pool 4'6" in depth.  The pump room is under the decking area and is accessed by a further set of steps near the shingle gazebo.  The drive will take at least a dozen vehicles.  The whole property if fenced with large wrought iron electric gates with intercom, this leads to a quiet lane which is a dead end.  The house is fully alarmed and linked to a 24 hours response centre.  The house has Karib Cable Broadband.
Here are the sizes of the main rooms; I haven't included pantry, utility or bathrooms.  There are also extensive patio, decking areas around the spa and two pools.  There is a very large concrete gazebo with pantiled roof and also smaller timber built gazebo with shingle roof by the pools.
